The FNC Beachies are training as a mixed group on Tuesday and Thursdays 5-6pm and Saturday 8:30-9:30am at the southern end of Kingscliff Beach (Meet on the grass).  Training will switch to Salt Beach once the bridge re-opens.

The athletes are required to bring joggers for warm up and a water bottle. Training is not endurance nor distance, they focus on precision, skill and muscle memory for both flags and sprints.

Skills sessions include; sprint technique, beach relays and flags.

Our beach coach will prepare a training program for all athletes and provide ongoing feedback.
